1. Order Processing & Digital Delivery
- Once payment is confirmed, course videos will be delivered within 1-3 business days via email or a secured platform.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Confirmation
- After your purchase is processed, you will receive an email/SMS with access details for your course.
- If you do not receive the video within the stated time, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us immediately.
3. Technical Issues
- If you experience any issues accessing the course, please contact us for support.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses or technical issues on the customer’s end.
4. Refunds & Returns
- As our courses are digital products, refunds cannot be provided once the video has been delivered.
- In special cases (e.g., incorrect course sent), please contact us within 48 hours for assistance.
