1. Course Fees & Refunds
- All course fees are non-refundable once payment is made.
- Since our courses are digital products, refunds are not available after the video has been sent.
- In special cases (e.g., medical emergencies), refunds may be considered at JS SUCCESS HUB’s discretion before the video is delivered.
2. Course Transfers
- If you wish to transfer your enrollment to another person, please inform us before payment is made.
- Once the course video has been sent, transfers are not allowed.
3. Cancellations by JS SUCCESS HUB
- If we are unable to provide the course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to choose another course.
4. Digital Course Materials
- All digital course materials (including videos) are non-refundable once accessed or received.
- If you experience technical issues accessing your course, please contact us for support.
